General
It is assumed that customers have prior knowledge of and/or experience in the proper use of purchases.
Receipt of stock assumes acceptance of all terms and conditions.
Discrepancies in orders need to be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Some Furniture and Electrical items may have slight imperfections and must to be accepted as such.
Where plumbing is required then all installation or connection costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Pricing
All pricing includes GST and is subject to change without notice.
Lay Bys and orders are subject to a 25% non refundable deposit.
Freight
We are not responsible for freight and you are welcome to organise this yourself.
Deliveries are subject to packing and freight charges.
All goods are dispatched at purchasers risk. Insurance on freight is available on request.
Regrettably dangerous / hazardous goods cannot be sent via Australia Post.
Delivery dates and times are at the discretion of the freighting company and therefore can't be guaranteed by us. Please order early to avoid disappointment.
Payment
Full payment is required before orders can be dispatched.
Payments can be made by cash, direct debit, EFTPOS, credit card (MasterCard, Visa and Amex) or cheque.
Should a cheque be dishonoured then a $30 fee applies.
Customers from outside Australia
Purchases can be made but only on the basis that you organise your own freight.
Warranty
Items normally come with a manufacturers warranty. This is on a return to supplier basis.
For Furniture and Equipment warranty normally means the item will be repaired rather than replaced.
For Electrical Equipment the following are specifically NOT covered under warranty
- Bulbs, fluorescent globes, Steamer jars, fuses, Brushes, normal wear and tear, negligence or accident.
Warranty on basin Equipment is limited to the repair or replacement of parts only - plumbing installation / connection costs are not included.
No responsibility will be accepted for misuse or inappropriate use of any product.
Warranty no longer applies if the product is found in any way to be physically damaged, incorrectly installed, incorrectly operated, altered, abused or operated under incorrect voltage.
Returns
Please choose carefully. We have a no return policy unless the product is found to be faulty on receipt. In this case it must be reported and returned within 7 days (or as prescribed by manufacturers warranty), a replacement will then be provided.
Please note that if the item purchased is as described then it cannot be returned for a refund as it is considered to be a change of mind.
