Hints on getting the best out of your Towel Cabi.
Position the unit where it sits flat and is not likely to be knocked or bumped.
- Cracks may appear on the inside if knocked when heated.
- Ensure that internal trays are fully inside the unit and close the door gently.
Clean and sanitise the unit daily on working days, both inside and out.
- Remove remaining contents wipe the inside of the unit,
including the Racks and rubber seals around the inside of the Door.
- If essential oils have been used then ensure all trace of oil is removed.
- Clean the drip tray and wipe the outside of the unit.
- Disinfect both the interior and exterior.
- Leave the unit empty and ensure the door is partly open overnight to air.

What to avoid.
Use this equipment for what it is designed to do.
Using it for any other purpose will shorten its life.
- For example, it should never be used to heat wax, oils, food or drink.
- If using essential Oils, then do so sparingly.
Don't use too much oil as it may cause cracking of the frame as a result of the higher heat that oils generate.

Warranties require that the Cabi be cared for.

Over time units may eventually experience a problem.
Below is a summary of some of the items that are probable the cause.
1. Unit is plugged in but does not turn on.
This could be caused possibly by a blown electrical fuse (normally screwed in at the back).
If this is the case this can be resolved by replacing the fuse.
Alternatively, the cause could be a blown thermal fuse.
This is an internal item and would need a specialist to replace it.
2. Unit turns on but does not heat.
This is normally caused by a faulty thermostat switch which is located under the cover.
This can be corrected by replacing the thermostat (which has the same max temperature).
